Welcome to our website. This website is designed to provide resources to help more single women (ok-women generally but we needed a focus!) take advantage of the benefits of the real estate market. In meeting with women in various venues, and in the course of public speaking engagements, I find that a lot of women don't realize the opportunities they have in real estate and the gains that can be made. Others lack a trusted advisor who can understand their situation (as a single woman who has been buying property since my mid 20s, I understand most issues that arise). We want to help women at all stages from the "I need more shoes and can't afford a house" or "I am saving myself for marriage (re: house buying)" stage to the sophisticated investor or developer. Here we aim to ensure that you’ll find resources to assist you with all your real estate needs....I also want to convince the non-believers of how well they can do and that-while we all love them, there is more to life than handbags, shoes and martinis, despite what you may have gleaned from Sex and the City (and remember, even Samantha bought a condo in the meat packing district-think bad area of east van....)
This site provides basic information, commentary in the form of blogs, and the occasional article from outside sources, as well as links to other professionals who we think might assist you.
